I am back from the Dallas enlyten event last weekend and wanted to update you on a several exciting things. The highlights of the meeting are below but let's go over some important things first.

1. All cassettes will now have 12 strips in them and retail for $5....even the melatonin plus!

2. Website streamlined and redesigned! As an enlyten distributor you now can utilize your own 'promo code' when sending a customer to the enlyten website to order products and they will get a special 10% discount on any order. Letter from the President of Enlyten

Greetings enlyten network!

I want to thank everyone for all the great feedback from our Vegas event! For those who couldn't make it, please allow me to recap.

We introduced many new products and learning materials. Among them was our first non-strip product the meal replacement shakes! Those taking our calorie burner and appetite suppressant were asking for a meal replacement that would complete their weight loss program. So now instead of consuming other foreign brands (or as we learned in training "junk in a can"), they can begin using enlyten's exclusive TrimWorks® brand.

After our Medical Advisory Council (MAC) completed their review on the shakes, everyone was enthused! We learned that these shakes were not only for weight loss, but because of the enzymes that help achieve nearly 100% protein absorption, they can also be used for athletes who may not need to loose weight but desire protein without the calories and carbs! We also discovered these were great for bariatric patients! In addition, one of the doctors on our MAC with diabetes actually tested himself for insulin spikes after taking the product and found none! Great news!!!

Calorie Burner and Appetite Suppressant

I am very excited about the new weight management products released 2 weeks ago as they work great and it is a perfect time of year for such a release. I have received alot of questions regarding what makes this system special so let me give you my take from both the medical advisement and distributor side...

-The manufacturer and their scientists refined these over 30 times before we received our first samples to review shooting for perfect synergy of the components. Then, we refined it further from there to what was released. Know that these products are not just "thrown together".

-I really like the "sophisticated simplicity" of this system designed to work and not just throw any active under the sun on a strip.

-You are all aware of the benefits of the delivery system itself.

-The idea behind this weight management system really takes its que from the highly effective prescription combo "Phen-Phen" but in a safe and natural approach. The Calorie Burner is a blend of augmenting vitamins with key extracts most important of which contains citrus aurantium that has thermogenic calorie burning properties (as well as some appetite suppression). The Appetite Suppressant is based on the serotonin enhancing as well as neuropeptide Y modulating effects of 5HTP with some very important synergistic components. A proprietary extract called Cinsulin is present which is great for glucose and lipid metabolism (more on this below). As well, very special cocoa extracts rich in polyphenols and theobromides that help appetite and metabolic function are present (don't you just love all this science?!). There is other stuff in there for synergy as well.

-We are very excited about the Cinsulin extract...there are significant benefits from cinnamon known for centuries. Problem was that whole cinnamon had to be taken in massive amounts and contains things that in excess amounts are hard on the body. The proprietary Cinsulin is a water soluble extract that gets the beneficial components in high concentrations and avoiding the bad stuff. It's named cinsulin is because it augments glucose management and fat management. In fact, our advisory team is going to have to provide some disclaimers on this to diabetics since it may really help their glucose go down (we just don't want them to go too low).

-The cost effectiveness of this system is really good! Cinsulin from reputable companies in pill forms runs 30-40 dollars a month. Similar cocoa extracts may be 20-30 dollars a month in pill form. Once again, this platform allows us to get maximum effectiveness with lower dosages and improved ingredient synergy.

-This is designed as a system where both products are used together, but they can be sold and used separately. For those using both, that can enhance business volume.

-Personal acquaintances and downline members using this since release are already reporting significant early weight loss.

-These products do not contain any artificial colors or sweeteners and maintain the no sugar and no calories mantra. This is helpful with those who have been negative about such artificial ingredients in the past.

-These products are packaged as 8 cassetes per bag to enhance ease of use, sampling opportunities per order, and retail sales.

I could go on but that is good for now on the upside!

To be fair, there will be some challenges as these items are sold to make you aware of and to help you position how to get the products out there...

-Unlike some of the original products where folks could tell quickly whether they work or not, the weight management products will take some time before people can tell if they are losing weight. With one or two samples they should be able to tell if something is going on, but it will probably take 12 or more weeks of consistent use to know how well things go in each individual case. My suggestion is to sample to get people going and then recommend 3 months of purchase and use to determine where to go from there.

-No weight management product alone is a replacement for reduced calorie intake and increased activity. So, while this is a great system, people still need to make the right lifestyle changes for optimal results.

-Without a scientific background, it can be a challenge to explain how these work and why they are so great. Hence, this e-mail. Also, we will have additional corporate resources and individual testimonials in the future that should help the process.

Important Notes from Saturday's Tulsa event!

Hello everyone! I wanted to give you some of the highlights from this weekend's enlyten product launch event in Tulsa this weekend.
There were a couple of important announcements.

1. New Products - You probably all know by now the new products are a Calorie Burner and an Appetite Suppressant and are ALL Natural! These are designed to work best in conjunction with each other but can be taken separately. For the next 30 Days, enlyten is offering a new product launch pack for $100 that includes 4 bags of 1 of the new products (that is a $160 retail value). The new product bags now contain 8 cassettes instead of 4 and have 12 strips in each cassette. The bags still retail for $40. Order as many as you want from your back office. Or change your autoship order to include the new products, but the launch pack is a better value.

2. New product ingredients - 2 doctors from the enlyten's medical advisory council were in attendance Saturday and spoke about the science behind the new products. Healthsport (the product manufacturer) sent 35 revisions of the product to the doctors before they finally came up with the right formula that the doctors agreed on. These are ALL NATURAL, including a natural sweetener, Stevia. Natural sweeteners are not nearly as potent so you will notice these are not nearly as sweet as the 4 original products. Frequently asked questions and ingredient summaries are posted on the website.

3. The $400 fast track pack has been changed. Have you come across someone that would like to get into the Enlyten business but just doesn't have the $500-$600 dollars to do it right? Now the Fast Track Pack will be $100 (order up to 4) and include 1 bag of each of the 4 initial products. Most people getting started will need more inventory than that but at least now you have the option for those with the money obstacle. When ordering 4 of the $100 fast track packs when signing up you also get the brochures and 10 energy samples as well. Feel free to ask questions if you need clarification.

4. Now just a $32 autoship qualifies a new distributor for Enroller bonuses for both level 1 and level 2, and also the 3 level residual commission. Once again, most people will need more inventory than that on a monthly basis for personal use and samples but now people can begin to make some income with a lower autoship to start.

5. If you have product that has an expiration date coming up soon (you should be using it, sampling it out, or selling it), login to your back office and read the updates on extended product stability. If you are not utilizing your back office, get with your enroller and they will help you. There is a wealth of information on there.

One of your team, Josh Holzwarth in Arizona, is having major surgery on his neck this week and will have to be in a neck brace for several months afterward. Hello everyone! Our first enlyten sunday night meeting for the stripcrew (catchy name, huh?!) here in OKC was a good time as you can see by the attached photos.

If you would like for us to purchase the new products for you on the 16th in Tulsa so you can be the first to try them out, send me an email with how many packs you want and we will get them for you. Corp says the new products should be available to order from your back office by Monday, May 18th. Also, they will announce the 16th whether there will be a new Fast Track Pack with the new products in it for people that sign up.

We will skip this sunday because of Mother's Day, so our next meeting will be on Sunday May 17th at 7pm at our house here in OKC. We will go over the new products coming out on the 16th. Prospects are welcome!

Also, in the photos you will see the display we have put together for meetings, trade shows or athletic events. If you would like to use the display and/or banners for an event, we will be renting them out for a nominal charge plus shipping (if you are not local) to our downline. Let me know if you have any dates you would like to reserve.

HealthSport, Inc. Announces Results for First Quarter of Fiscal 2009

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO), announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009.

Financial Results

During the three months ended March 31, 2009, the Company had total revenues of $1,626,908, an increase of 1,400% over the corresponding 2008 period's revenues of $116,191. In addition, the first quarter revenues exceeded the entire 2008 year revenues of $1,419,210.

General and Administrative expenses decreased to $439,821 in the three months ended March 31, 2009 from $815,843 in the 2008 period. The decrease of $376,022 (46.1%) in G&A is the result of decreases at all levels of the Company, including corporate overhead and the G&A costs at the manufacturing operation.

The Company has re-directed its marketing efforts toward private label distribution agreements rather than direct sales to consumers through retail stores in 2008. As a result, Total Costs and Expenses were $2,318,141 in the three months ended March 31, 2009, as compared to $3,208,273 in the 2008 period, a decrease of $890,132 or 27% in the 2009 period as compared to the 2008 period. For the first quarter, the Company realized a net loss of $691,233 or ($.01) per share.

"We are very pleased with our fiscal results for the first quarter of 2009. Although budgetary constraints continued to impact our sales growth and manufacturing capabilities, the first quarter was the most dramatic quarter in our company's history with total revenues of $1,626,908. In addition, over $510,000 of recorded expenses, which directly affected our bottom line, were non-cash items which had to be amortized but did not affect the Company's cash flow," stated Hank Durschlag, CEO.

"Our second quarter revenue will be impacted by changes to a majority of the product lines which will require stability testing to be completed before the products can be manufactured for resale; however, if market acceptance of the product broadens, sales growth in the last half of the second quarter should continue to increase," continued Mr. Durschlag.

Human cases of swine influenza A (H1N1) virus infection have been identified in the United States. Human cases of swine influenza A (H1N1) virus infection also have been identified internationally. The current U.S. case count is provided below.

An investigation and response effort surrounding the outbreak of swine flu is ongoing.

CDC is working very closely with officials in states where human cases of swine influenza A (H1N1) have been identified, as well as with health officials in Mexico, Canada and the World Health Organization. This includes deploying staff domestically and internationally to provide guidance and technical support.

CDC activated its Emergency Operations Center to coordinate the agency's response to this emerging health threat and yesterday the Secretary of the Department Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, declared a public health emergency in the United States. This will allow funds to be released to support the public health response. CDC's goals during this public health emergency are to reduce transmission and illness severity, and provide information to assist health care providers, public health officials and the public in addressing the challenges posed by this newly identified influenza virus. To this end, CDC has issued a number of interim guidance documents in the past 24 hours. In addition, CDC's Division of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) is releasing one-quarter of its antiviral drugs, personal protective equipment, and respiratory protection devices to help states respond to the outbreak. Laboratory testing has found the swine influenza A (H1N1) virus susceptible to the prescription antiviral drugs oseltamivir and zanamivir. This is a rapidly evolving situation and CDC will provide updated guidance and new information as it becomes available.

TANNER BERRYHILL isn't sure what to expect when he gets going this spring in the ASA Challenge Series, one of the primary training grounds for future NASCAR drivers.

But, he knows where he hopes this latest step in his racing career will take him.

"No doubt," Berryhill said. "We want to get to NASCAR."

NASCAR may still be a dream, but he is working his way up the ladder to make it a reality.

Berryhill, a 15-year-old freshman at Bixby High School, will jump into the ASA Challenge Series against some of the top developmental drivers in the sport this spring and summer.

The series opens at the Milwaukee Mile on May 18.

It'll take him across the country to a number of famous tracks, including legendary NASCAR tracks at Bristol and Rockingham.

He'll be running a full-body stock car for Vision Racing, a Tulsa-based company and sponsored by Enlyten, a Tulsa-based pharmaceutical company.

"He's my driver and he's my son," said Vision Racing president Adrian Berryhill. "I also have to remember he's still just a kid.

"But, he's earned this spot. We have been working with young drivers in hopes of working toward getting one of them in a NASCAR Truck or Nationwide Series ride. It just so happens that it is my son. He earned it by winning

races and winning championships."

Vision Racing, a company started by Adrian, has been working on developing young drivers and getting a foothold in NASCAR. Vision put former NASCAR Nationwide Series champion Randy LaJoie in one of its cars and qualified for the 2007 race at Kansas Speedway.

It was a brief but educational trip into one of NASCAR's premier series. "We learned an awful lot about the sport with that effort," Adrian said.

Vision has maintained its goal of helping young drivers come up through the ranks with equipment and support in development series.

Tanner, who has been driving for three years, has been putting pressure on his father to put him in one of those Vision Racing cars.

He did it by winning races and championships.

"He got here by what he's done on the track," Adrian said.

"He made it to the point where I had no choice. He was winning at every level.

"I have no doubt he'll win at this level. If so, he'll get noticed and he'll be on his way. I think we're talking about a future NASCAR driver."

First, they had to get qualified to be the youngest regular driver on the ASA Challenge Series. He did that with his record over the past three years. Now, he's got a new goal.

"I want to win a race and be the youngest driver to ever win a race in the ASA Challenge Series," Tanner said.

"I think we're going to do it."

Vision Racing operates out of the same machine shop in Bixby that Adrian used for his NASCAR Nationwide Series operation. They have already built one of the late models for the ASA Challenge Series season and are working on building two more.

They've got a hauler, pit box all of the amenities of any NASCAR team.

They'll travel to the series with a crew of about 11.

"We now just need to win races," Adrian said.

That's how Tanner can continue up the ladder to NASCAR's premier series. The minimum age to drive in the NASCAR Truck, Nationwide or Sprint Cup series is 18.

That means he has three years to prove himself and perhaps catch the eye of one of the sport's big owners Hendrick, Roush Fenway, Joe Gibbs, Tony Stewart, Waltrip Racing, etc.

"We'll see what happens," Tanner said. "I'd love to see us go into NASCAR with the entire Vision Racing team."

Eventually, most drivers who are competitive have to be with one of the major NASCAR owners.

But, no one is worrying about NASCAR these days. All of the effort and focus is on this summer.

"It is a different dynamic we have because I am his father," Adrian said.

"On one hand I'm the team owner and we want to be as professional and successful as possible.

"I know as his father I sometimes want to go out and do more than I can do to make sure he is successful. I want him to win and go on and sign the big deal.

"But, right now, we want this team to grow together here in Tulsa with Enlyten, a great Tulsa company that has signed on as our sponsor."

Tanner got off to a fast start in Florida earlier this spring and will go to Milwaukee for the season opener with some confidence.

He won the ASA South Series "Triple Crown" of racing in March.

He won two of the three races, finishing second in the other, during three days of racing at Charlotte County Motorsports Park in Punta Gorda, Fla.

His two class National wins and one second won him the title of "King of the Triple Crown."

He had opened the season by racing at the Speedweeks races in Florida.

"After a really tough speed weeks, I needed to show Enlyten why they chose me, and I think we did," Tanner said.

Here are some notes I made from the enlyten OKC training meeting
saturday....sorry so lengthy.

Regional Executive Mike Gotcher was the speaker.

A few new company tidbits.....
Enlyten has now hired Rob Davidson, the inventor of Zicam Nasal Spray
and also the inventor of the dual layer strip, as the R & D and
product formula consultant. So we now have one of the leading experts
in delivery systems on board.
Also, enlyten has hired David Williams as the compensation plan
specialist. Tomorrow night, David and CFO Bob Haefner will be
hosting a webinar regarding the enhancements to the comp plan. The
link will be sent out shortly.

Overcoming objections - Do most people have any objection to
......making extra money, using and selling unique products like the
strips, owning their own business??
The answer is no. So why would people object when you approach them
about enlyten?? The real reason behind nearly all objections is
fear. People fear that others will turn them down. People fear they
will screw up and look foolish when talking to a prospect. If you
are confident, passionate and reassuring, people will see that you
believe in what you are doing and their fears can be
overcome. People want to know whether YOU believe in it before they
will believe.

Goals - What is your "Why" ? To make enough to allow your spouse
to not work, to pay for the kids college...etc? Decide why you are
in enlyten because when you get discouraged you will be able to
remind yourself why you should keep going.
Set your goals....How many people will you talk to per week about
enlyten? How many people would you like to sign up in your
organization per month?
Commit - Decide what your commitment level will be. How much time
per day, week or month are you willing to spend on enlyten.

Question: I just joined a network marketing company as a distributor. I'm a good salesperson but not sure of the best way to build a sales team. What is the best way to start building my sales organization?

Answer: Most network marketing experts would still agree that to be successful, you don't need to sponsor many distributors-just a few good ones. Finding five or six serious distributors should be your initial goal when getting started. Your upline sponsor should be willing to help you accomplish this.

Most of us aren't so naive as to think everyone we sponsor will be as committed to the business as we are. Don't be surprised if you need to recruit as many as 10 or 20 before you find your first winner. This is a business of "sorting." Remember the old saying, "You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince." Don't get discouraged. Your sponsoring skills will improve as you gain experience. But initially, I recommend you concentrate on quality, not quantity.

When most new distributors join their first network marketing company, they become excited about the product and opportunity and want to tell everyone right away, even before they've experienced the products or proven the business model. While this is typical, remember that "selling" is premeditated and "sharing" is spontaneous. You'll do better to find a special need for your product and business program before you spill your guts to a prospective sales team.

You should just assume the majority of the people you approach already have decided they can't sell and certainly wouldn't even want to try. If you've just sold them your product and immediately attempt to recruit them, before you utter another word, they will just assume you want them to sell something to their friends. Most likely, they already have preconceived notions about network marketing. These preconceived notions can hurt your building effort if you don't manage them in advance.

Even though the basis for long-term success in network marketing is the right product at the right time, during the building phase, network marketing is more of a people business than it is a product business. Distributors making large monthly incomes in network marketing have learned the importance of the sorting process: to find the right people to involve and understand why to involve them. While I believe this is truly an art, it is a learned skill. People aren't born knowing how to build a sales team.

You want everyone, but not just anyone in your program. Inexperienced network marketers are usually taught to work with their "warm" market--their friends, relatives and work colleagues. This is fine if you're receiving strong initial sponsor support and your company's training programs are adequate in this area. But if you have to go it alone, you better have thick skin, since you risk profound feelings of rejection from the very people you know and trust. Friends and relatives know you all too well, or so they think! They know the ventures you may have already tried before and failed to achieve or complete.

In the early phases of your business growth, you'll find many people who are charter members of the "discouragement fraternity." They want to keep you in their own comfort zone. It's not that they don't want you to be successful. They just don't want you to be more successful than they are. You need to seek out prospective associates who will judge the opportunity first rather than judging you. As you can see, you need to be selective to be effective.

So as a new participant to network marketing, what else can you do to enhance your ability to build your organization? The easiest and most effective thing for you is to let your enthusiasm show. Be energetic. When energy is undirected, it's called excitement. When it is directed, it's called enthusiasm!

Each person exhibits energy in a different way, depending on his or her own personality and style. Focus your energy where it will do the most good, and keep it genuine. You can be enthusiastic about the potential of your program long before it pays off financially.

Having the right attitude is another key. Protect that attitude by only associating with positive thinkers and doers. You're looking for a few "energetic people" with a twinkle in their eye and a bounce in their step. They will attract energetic people who will duplicate the process, creating geometric growth in your business.

And keep in mind that if you continue trying to sponsor "warm bodies," you will eventually become frustrated. Don't sponsor them just because you found a pulse! You don't need to sponsor an army; just keep an eye out for a few good salespeople.

Is Enltyen a chain letter?

Do you remember the 1980's chain letter? Pay $50 to the 3 people on top of the list. Remember the rumors of mail box so full of birthday cards with cash in them that the postmaster had to use one of those big mail bags each day. What about the tail end people, out $150 holding a typed letter with 10 names on it for their efforts. Guess what, those were all true! I was in high school when the one chain letter came out and I broke even. I drove 300 miles to Omaha to try to sell my letter, LOL.

Is Enlyten a chain letter? Or scheme? Here is a good rule to follow on knowing if the network marketing company in question is a chain letter organization:

Can you make money in this company on the first level without signing up any other distributors below you. Making money meaning; paying taxes on profits minus costs?

Enlyten passes the test. And if you take the look of all the pro and collegiate teams that are using Enlyten, someone sold the product of Enlyten to them. In the middle of January Enlyten Kicked off the company. When I signed up my last distributor, around the middle of Feb, she was over 11000. Do the math on that pace if it doubles every month. 11000 would be good after the 5 month. Hang on Enlyten ID's, you got a tiger by the tail.

In February, Enlyten Strips signed on a teen racecar stud from the local Tulsa Ok area. 15 year old Tanner Berryhill in Enlyten black, green and orange number 17 car.
